Could anyone tell me what this is called? (The part that the black piece is connected to) Trying to replace it but no one knows what I'm asking for.

Just an option for you. You can buy a coil pack mounting bracket from a supercharged grand prix and its made of cast iron so you would never break it again! If you do this you will have to take your coil pack bracket off along with the broken engine mount and swap the coils onto the grand prix bracket and bolt it back together.
The supercharged grand prix bracket is both the coil pack bracket and engine mount bracket. This is a awesome mod because you will never break it and don't have to ever worry about it again. If you need more guidance on doing this swap let me know I've done many
