Lol but my problem is i have a 95 monte carlo and back by my rear driver's side tire a bar shaped thing broke, it runs the length of the car and looks like it connects to another bar that goes to the tire, also i think the brake line runs along it if that helps. If I'm reading correctly, it could be the emergency brake line...

Ok, common now all you need to do is get dressed up in something pretty and go an ask and those guys in the Garage won't charge you anything. I had a problem once out of State and my daughter went into one of the Chain garages and they hopped right on it and when I went into to pay the Bill they said there was no charge!!! shocked me. Any way check the photo's and see if this is what you were talking about. I am thinking the E-brake cable could be it?
