i just droped a 400 sb with vortec heads in my 88 ls its steaming or smoking out the valve cover breather i took it of thinking it was pose to have a cap on it put da cap on drove up da street smelled oil. oil was blowing out da pcv valve and da dip stick vacumes are hooked up to the booster pcv valve and carb what could it be need help and suggestions

 

Take the cap back off and put on the breather. Your PCV valve is bad.
