Default Vibration under load

I believe that my transmission mount is shot. I get some nasty vibration when accelerating and the transmission side seems to be moving way more than the drivers side. The dog bones are in good shape and the motor mount doesn't seem to move much. My question is does it sound correct that the transmission mount is shot to any of you guys or could it be something else? Thanks in advance.

Welcome oneleg....
Like one leg of a journey or literally?
I am an above knee amputee.. That's why im curious...lol

Like mentioned before it could quite possibly be a bearing.... I have yet to hear of a trans mount causeing tha type of vibration... But I have been wrong before...
Please let us know what you found and what the cure/fix is..Thanks!

STUMPMI, to answer Question #1, Like one leg of a journey or literally, I would have to say both. Lol. I lost my right leg above the knee in 1993 because of a farm accident.

Question #2, My findings are that I was wrong about any mounts have gone bad . The cause of my vibration the output shaft of the final drive has a lot of play . It's like a bearing or bushing has gone bad and the play has worn out the seal to the CV shaft. I have to research it more but I'm hoping that whatever has worn out can be fixed without having to rebuild the entire transmission. Maybe I will get lucky, but I am counting on it.

I hope your trans issue is a quick easy fix.. at the very least, you know whats wrong with it...

I became a Left leg above knee amputee in 1997 When my wife and I were hit broadside on our Harley by a underaged Drunk Driver.

I am currently walking with a C leg... However my leg had to be amputated 10 inchs above my knee... Unfortunately with such a small Stump..I don't walk very far or very fast... Due to minimal blood flow and minimal muscle tissue...
