Valve stem seal replacement
Hey guys, kinda new here.
My son has a 79 Monte Carlo with a 3.3 V6. Its started smoking a bit when you start it up. Thought i may teach him a thing or two and do the seals in the car.
Never done a GM before, Chrysler guy here, sorry. Any tips, tricks, things i should watch out for? The Manual states there is no valve adjustment needed on the V6, true?
Is there a kit or a PN that is better than the rest?
We bought it used a few yrs ago, the odometer says 90,540, it looks like it could have 190,000
