Default Vacuum Line Help

Hello,

Im a newbie (sorry) but an old head when it comes to cars. I belong to a few forums so I know the (do a search dummy) for newbies. But Im stumped on what to search for. I have tried vacuum diagrams, pcv and egr vacuum diagrams all ove the net with no luck.

Short story, gramps grave me a 2000 Monte SS with 126 on the clock. The paint is crap but interior near mint. Anyway, I found a vacuum leak that was causing a stumbling issue and instead of taking a picture before I touched the brittle pieces. I didnt and now I cant figure out what it is or how it goes back togather. The line is behind the valve cover and looks to be a rubber T but due to taking it out prior to a pic, I cant figure out how it goes. The rubber T goes to a nipple at the bottom of behind the screwdriver (see pic).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
