Unknown part?

Default Unknown part?

Located on back side of supercharger below fuel rail. Vacuum line to throttle body and 2 electrical connectors. Car was having rough idle I unhooked that put back on ran good for 5 min. Line ended up being rot so left loose for drive back home and it ran better but not perfect. Not sure is this is to do with idle issue. Was going to take to shop to figure out before I sell but hoping I can solve issue.

Evap purge sensor. Could that possibly affect idle?

Replaced it and connected didn't help. Runs good when not connected. Could it be the vent?
