5th Gen ('95-'99): Turning steering wheel causes shut off.

Turning steering wheel causes shut off.
So there's a couple problems with my car. (95, 3.1 liter)
1. I put her in park the other day and had some suspicions , so I tested them out. I waited 10 minutes, then sharply turned the wheels to either side. The car died from this. Didn't want to start back up without a fight either.
2. Not only does the car die from this action, but sitting idle long enough, the car will die. I got in the other day after it had been parked and running and I switched gears, which caused the car to die.
3. Hard/delayed start when engine is warm. I wait a few minutes then I can turn it over.
