I was having the BCM and passlock issue as well as this traction control issue. I took it to the dealer last week for repair and they fixed the BCM and passlock issue but I told them not to change the wheel hub (they were charging too much). I have been driving ever since they fixed it but I no longer have traction control issues. I see no light or error code and the car no longer studders when I gas it off the go. Should I change the wheel hub or not? Please advise.

It's possible that they were related. I wouldn't change any hubs until you have a problem again. The BCM can cause all sorts of electronics to go weird in the car.

Or maybe they just cleared the code and it hasn't happened again. Either way just take the knowledge that you have from the Hub assembly and save it in your head. If the problem arises youll know how to fix it.

Thanks buddy. I actually called the dealership this morning and asked them why they wanted to charge me an extra $700 to fix it when the lights not coming on anymore. Anyways, I will watch out for it and will fix it if it comes up. Thanks again.
