Default Thumping in Rear Tire. What could it be?

When I start to accelerate my rear driver side tires starts to make a thumping noise, increasing as I speed up. Once I get to a certain speed (Approx. 35mph or so) the noise goes away. But, when I get to around 65mph or so it starts to thump a lot and has a little shake to it. I'm curious as to what the problem may be. Any help would be greatly appreciated it.

I'm a college student and I'm needing it fixed ASAP because I have to travel to clinical sites all over the state and going 60mph on the interstate isn't going to cut it.

Thanks.

Can you rotate the tires and see if the sound moves with them?

One of your weights for balancing might have fallen off, also check tire pressures.

Thanks. I heard that and I've also heard a belt may be off track? Hopefully it isn't too big of a pain to fix.
