Thumping noise coming from fresh air

Default Thumping noise coming from fresh air
Under the fresh air cabin filter is a white bellows, when in the off position the bellows go up and down and thump is there a fix for this...Thanks in advance This is an 06, with 3.9 engine.

Monte has 70,000 miles, battery was replaced 2 weeks ago but the problem started about 6 weeks ago.

Have you changed your cabin air filter ?
Do you drive on dirt/dusty roads often ?
Could it be blocking the air flow ?
Hopefully one of our members will have a resolve/answer.
