just how biga boy are ya?

you can actually do it with the help of a frend. If you have enough stregth to push down on that spring and have them take out the retatning ring. you can do it this way but i will warn ya it is not fun. And be verry carefule doing it this way.

But that good news as far as the tools gose MAKE ONE!! they are not that hard to make if you have a vise, drill, and a small peices of scrap steel laying around just bent it in to a tall "U" shape and drill a hole in the end of it so it can go over the colum, Then use a washer and a nut to turn it down till it pushes on that plate. then back off the nut after you get the ring out of it.

revers this to put it back on!!
not that tuff to make or do with your hands
