Default squealing noise from front left suspension when turning right

I have a 2003 monte carlo ss with 126,000 miles on it and within the last week I've noticed a couple times that when you your the wheel about 3/4 of the way to the right it makes a squealing noise from somewhere around the front left tire. Almost sounds as if I was doing a burnout but it sounds really faint. I know a little bit about cars but I'm definitely no expert and correct me if I'm wrong but could this be a bad strut? What makes me wonder is there is this horrible rattle when going over even slight bumps and the front end of the car bounces more then it should. Any help would be appreciated thanks
