Default Silverstar?

I'm considering upgrading my headlights because its a cheap upgrade and the stock ones are bad IMO. Has anyone used the Sylvania Silverstar headlights? If so what are your comments.

Another note on this as my memory catches up with me this morning,

The Silverstar fog light bulbs made very little if any noticeable difference but I installed a set of Luminics bulbs and they were much brighter and whiter.
