When I'm accelerating from a stop, the MC seems slightly surge to about 3000RPM to 2nd gear, then upon 3rd gear it shifts quick and a minor 'knock'. It's not terrible, but definitely not smooth. Car has 167K miles, I doubt the tranny has been replaced... any thoughts or possible fixes for this (aside of replacing which seems moot at this point of time)
