Post-service shifting problem
Posted this over at 2kmc.com already but figured I might as well get help anywhere I can...
I just got my car from the shop where they did a transmission service. I'd gone 51,000 without it being touched so I figured it was time. The dropped the pan, and replaced the fluid and the filter. On my drive home I noticed the shifting is very noticeable, and pretty jerky, so much that I can feel it in the steering wheel. I called the shop and they didn't say it was normal or not, but to drive it over the weekend and if it keeps up to bring it in. I'm wondering if this is normal or is it a sign that they either screwed up or there's something wrong with the tranny. Thanks!
