shifter wont unlock
hi i have a 2000 monte carlo when my car sets for 3 to 5 days when i get in it i press brake pedal yet button on shifter is froze wont depress
so i have had to keep pressing button after about 5 mins is releases and shifts after that the car shifts from park to drive with No problem till it sets for a few days they i have to fight it
so i have replaced brake switch, shiftier solenoid and had shiftier cleaned and new button replaced yet still having problem does any one know what else i have to replace to get shiftier to work
