Default RH Turn Signal Issues

Alright, im sure you all have had a million threads about a bad turn signal switch. But this problem is a bit different. Heres my issue, the RH turn signal gets stuck on while the parking lights, or headlights are on, if you turn the rh blinker on nothing changes. The left works normal no matter what.
Now, if the headlights are off, all works fine but the radio flashes with the rh blinker only. The car is a 96 Monte Carlo. As far as i am told, the blinker switch was replaced within the last year or so. I have wiggled it and smacked it trying to get the light to work or blink, to no avail.

If you turn the hazards on they work fine with no parking lights or head lights on, but as soon as the parking or headlights come on, all four blinkers stay on.

Im quite stumped...

I've never experienced this problem so my only suggestion would be to check and follow all wires dealing with lights. check all connections at the lights then check fuse box (my brothers 95 mc had corroded the wires of the fuse box) then if no problems seen reserve time and follow wires.

Yeah, the fuse box behind the battery has corrosion for sure. The parking light area in there has been messed with because it corroded through the part which supplies power to the lights underneath the box. Chasing electrical issues is no fun. But, if i pull power from the parking lights, the blinkers work normal, though the radio still flickers with the rh signal.

gah...

Chances are you'll have to follow the wires, but we got alot of great members here so I wouldn't be surprised if somebody has a easier solution. And most importantly welcome to the site !
