I had the original steering gear (rack&pinion) replaced on my 06 Monte Carlo last year 3/31/10 under a 3rd party extended warranty with 20,000 miles. I did my 2nd oil change since then now at 25,000 miles and it is leaking again. This work was done at the dealer and it is barely 1 year later and 5,000 miles.

What are the chances that the dealer now goodwills this? My extended warranty should not have to pay to have this fixed again after 5K miles.
