2000 Gmc SS vibration an loss of power

Default 2000 Gmc SS vibration an loss of power
My 2000 Monte has started to has a vibration in the front end at first it was mostly when I turned an accelerated. Now it happens all the time an when I mash the gas it it slowly accelerates. I think the cat might might be stopped up does anyone have any suggestions help please
