Default Replace ABS harness ('03)

Does anyone have any tips or pics/video on replacing the ABS harness? After changing out the hub, I'm still having issues with ABS kicking in and "service traction" lights coming on. I pulled the air box and I see the cable bundle, but it's not highly accessible and I'd like to know what I'm digging into. Not sure how the bare cable ends I have on the new harness are meant to connect.

Thanks!

So not that I like responding to my own questions, but here is an article with what appears to be an official GM bulletin included indicating the new harness pigtail should be spliced into the existing cable:

I just had the same problem. I replaced the hubs and that didn't fix the problem. I bought a new harness and spliced it in and that seems to have fixed the issue.

Nice. I'm trying to figure out how to get my ham hands down there far enough to get the job done. Not exactly a whole lot of room to work down there between the trans and the EVAP bottle.

I sliced it in a few feet behind the hub/connector. I didn't go all the way up with it.

Before you go to all that trouble have you done a resistance test on the harness? I was having same problem and decided that if there was a problem with a harness there would be a difference in resistance on the bad harness. I found no differences so I really cleaned the connectors as well as all the grounds I could find.
Problem did come back after a few weeks but found a bad connection on the first wheel I checked, cleaned and been OK since.
Check out my earlier posts and good luck.

Did you do the right front harness? Were you able to get all the way back there like in the tech bulletin?

The bulletin makes it look kinda complicated. I am going to get those 18-22 gauge heat shrink butt connectors. Whoever replaced the harness before used regular butt connector that were exposed to the elements.
