Default Removing MAF sensor

I tried searching the forums and couldn't find it, but I'm looking for a how-to link on removing the MAF from the intake. I want to take it apart and clean it out and I'm not if it screws off or how it comes apart. I'm not talking about the wire harness that just clips off, but the entire MAF itself so I can spray the bulb.
Thanks for the help on that one.
I also plan on changing the trans fluid on it. I don't think it's ever been done. Could I also get a How-To for draining my trans fluid along with what type/brand of fluids you guys recommend.
Thank you for the info

MAF sensors usually are held on by 2 tamper proof torx screws and then just pull out. There is an o-ring to seal it. Draining the transmission is just carefully loosening the bolts that hold the pan on and and letting the fluid pour out. Leave 1 bolt in and remove the rest and slowly remove the last bolt as the fluid starts to rain down into a drain pan. I prefer dexVI it's a full synthetic and is an excellent fluid. Plus it's what GM recommends in all the 4t65 transmissions.
