Default FWI on 95 w/o MAF sensor problems!!!

Heres the skinny. Ive got all the parts to make a FWI on my 95 LS, but I never even realized that since it's OBDI, it does not have a MAF sensor. Instead, it has an IAT sensor which the dealer says is not servicable. I was originally going to take the IAT out and just put a grommet in the pipe and put it back in, but from the looks of it I think if I try to take it out it will break. Has anyone else run into this problem? Im also wondering about what to do with the PCV hose that connects to the top of the intake ducting.

pics? if you can leave the factory tubing piece that has the sensor and PCV tube in it the do that. and run the FWI from there.

For the time being, Im just goinf with the K&N with a 90 degree pipe, no FWI. the 90 degree I had too big a radius and couldnt clear inside the fender well. I was able to remove the "non servicable" IAT sensor and just connected it and put it next to the filter. Now the only thing I gotta do is figure out what to di with the PCV hose. I might just drill a hole in the hose coupler at the TB and punch it through right there. Here's a pic of what I got so far.

well so far so good. Ima get a grommet on tuesday for the IAT sensor, right now it's zip tied next to the filter for a somewhat true reading. Im also making a heatshield out of some sheetmetal I had laying around. Paint is drying on it as we speak, Ill get some pics when I get it all in. As for the PCV I just drilled a hole in the pipe coupler at the TB and poped it back in the factory location.
