Default Power Window Problem

I just bought a 1995 Monte Z34. It has power windows but the driver side was making some weird grinding noises so I took a look at the motor. The motor gear was fine but the gear it meshes with was ground down. I'm not sure what its called a track gear maybe? Any help on its name and where to find one would be very greatly appreciated.

honestly i would look in salvage yards for a car that looks like it was well taken care of and see about those motors etc... be cheaper BUT this is also soemthing that has a wear issue on it also.
But i think it would be the first stop instead of a dealership. Or hell even E-sleeze most likely has one

the whole assembly must be replaced.it's typical for that type of wear to occur throughout many of the mid 90's models.
