Power Steering Pump or Rack & Pinion or something else?

Had some whining when steering on my 06 MC.
I added some PS fluid and tried to bleed it out.
Now the car is not holding and fluid. It's spilling it all out.
Do just need a new pump? How do you know?

What do you mean it won't hold fluid - is it leaking out somewhere onto the ground? If so, where is it leaking from?

I couldn't tell where the leak was coming from. It didn't all leak out and now its not leaking. I think it over flowed from the top when I tried to bleed it. I'm just going to replace the pump.
