Power Steering Noise

Default Power Steering Noise
I luv my 87 LS but ive hadda prob since last yr...When the car is idleing and you turn the wheel, the power steering belt sounds like when its wet..squawking like crazy. Ive tightened the belt till itsa guitar string, made sure fluid is filled, tried belt dressing, im almost ready to change the pump and pulley...any ideas guys/gals..thanx brett

If you've done all of that, I would assume it's the pump itself.

Yeah, that whining noise is your bearings inside of it taking a ****.
