Power seat broken

Default Power seat broken

My drivers side power seat in my 2000 SS will not move forward or back. It will move up and down, bot not front or back. I was thinking it might be the motor, but it still moves up and down, so I dont know if it is a seperate motor, or maybe a wire or something? Anyone got any ideas?

The horizontal (back and forward) and vertical (up and down) work off of different motors. First you need to check if there is anything under your seat that is not allowing movement (check for objects in the track, big bottles, etc..). If that reveals nothing, you must check to see if you are getting power to the motor. Here are the terminal descriptions:
