I don't see how you could possibly get the bolt out without removing the tensioner, there's not enough clearance between the bolt hole and the firewall to get a drill in there to get a hole in the bolt for an extractor to bite into. The bolt might be galled and not come out anyway. You might be better off replacing the tensioner. Here's a link to the OEM part which I prefer: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0049Z8JH8...4jjax1vz_b_p20

If you prefer not to spend the extra $, here's a link to aftermarket tensioners:

You should also replace the coolant elbows at the other end of the tensioner. Upgrade to the metal ones if the existing ones are plastic, Link: https://www.amazon.com/Dorman-47065H...T2PB4DH1GGTMCC

Here's a couple videos that include how to remove the tensioner:

The cars in the video are not supercharged, but I think the process should be similar. Any of you supercharged guys out there could chime in there if you could add any differences. Not sure if that snout adds a factor or not.
My belt has been doing some squeaking and I think it's because of the tensioner so if it is Ima go head and replace it. I saw it was $120 on Amazon but luckily I work at Napa so I'm looking at about $61

Wow, wish I could get that price.

I think that's the way to go IMO.

You're welcome, and good luck.

You might also want to replace the hose adapters if you end up replacing. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Genuine-Adap...pXWH37&vxp=mtr

These are the nipples that are blowing out because the bolt is broken. You'll want two.

Please keep us posted.

I'm having trouble determining where the tensioner for the supercharger is so i can get the belt off. I'm having trouble putting on the serpentine belt so I'm tryna remove the supercharger one to make it easier

I'm gonna test drive it, add coolant if it goes well, and check the gauges then

Be sure to bleed the air out through the bleeder screw on top of the thermostat housing with the engine running and warm. Hopefully you're draing the tap water out and refilling with distilled (de-ionized) water. Tap water contains minerals which can clog passages. Tap water can also cause electrolysis between dissimilar metals. Electrolysis does things like eat holes in radiators and freeze plugs and can contribute to head gasket failure.

I bled the system, it sprayed water and I could hear air coming out for a good 10-15 minutes. The car reached this far on the temp gauge during the test drive. No leaks, elbows are aluminum so it can't be leaking from those either. Here is a picture of the gauge.

I should also add that once the gauge went that high I stopped the car in my driveway, opened the hood and I didn't smell burning coolant or even feel that much heat so I figured there's a high possibility that the car actually is reaching that temperature but I thought maybe it isn't and the gauge is screwed up
