Default pcm

i called the dealer and they want to charge me $941 for the pcm and it steal has to get programed for like$200but i called auto zone and they said $102 for the pcm but did'nt say nothing about programing it

which one seems right

ha ha they both sound right. The dealer always will try and screw you over. What year vehicle are you putting it in? is it LS, SS, Z34? Depending on what you are looking at doing you can get a ready to go PCM from zzp or other companies. You can install it yourself. The dealer is probably trying to get as much out of you as they can. Either get the one from auto zone or an aftermarket company like zzp.
