Default Parking Brake Equalizer Nut

Hey guys, I had a question about the parking brake. Recently, while changing a snapped parking brake cable, I found a nut rusted onto the driver side brake wire and I was unable to get it loose. I am looking to replace the nut but can not find it anywhere.

According to the GM part list, its labeled as #5, but it does not show up as a part to purchase. Instead, they show the bracket that attaches to the nut, which is called the Equalizer, which appears as #8.

What I would like to know is if the equalizer comes with that nut? I attached some images of the rust nut. I tried everything from pb blaster, soaking in white vinegar, impact tools...everything short of torching the piece (dont have a torch for that). Which is why the nut doesnt look rust, but im sure the threads underneath are.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
