I tried running some tests with a OBD2 scanner and kept refusing to scan. I kept getting "Excess vacuum".
Any ideas?

P0441 is gone. Now it is P0446.
Interesting.

So using an OBD II scanner it shows that at all times, whether the gas cap is on or off, the fuel tank pressure is -30.63 mmHg and 4.8V, at ALL times. Would this mean the FTPS is bad?

UPDATE
The problem is fixed. After replacing the Fuel tank pressure sensor I rechecked the values. With cap on and car in on position not running I can see 0.56 mmHg and 1.45V with my OBD2 scanner. I can now run test on all solenoids and no longer get "Excess Vacuum" notice.
