my check engine light has been coming on and i have checked the code and each time its saying an evap problem and it also says that the car is going 0mph at around 9000rpm. i don't know what is going on with this but its about ever week that i have to clear the code. does anyone know what this could be and how i can fix it?

It'd help if you told us what the codes were.
Evap , just guessing, is the cannister at the tank os old and needs to be replaced. I replaced mine a few months back.

That doesn't make any sense- why are you clearing the code unless you think you've fixed the problem? The car will shut the light off when it passes the automatic test; but as long as it fails the test each time, you'll just keep getting the light.

does anyone know what this could be and how i can fix it?
Like Rockn said, we need more information- specifically the code #. There are a lot of possible codes, and even a few different ones that deal with the evap system. It could be anything from the solenoid purge valve being stuck, to the gas cap not put on all the way, to a vacuum leak somewhere in the system- but without the code, we can't really be of much help.
