Pretty sure we are all agreed that you either:

1. have no problems and the car is being very picky about the replacement
2. the replacement has gone bad
3. the replacement o2 sensor has gone bad

As previously mentioned, if the exhaust is in good condition (no leaks) and the electrical connectors at both O2 sensors are good (no broken/melted wires or loose/dirty connections) then the next diagnostic step I would take would be to collect some real time data from the sensors to insure they are operating within specification.
