I keep getting this code even after I changed the Sensor and the harness, is there something else I need to do?? What kind of issues would I be having with this code??
2007 Monte Carlo SS

Thanks in advance for any help!

That code means the knock sensor is shorted to ground. I attached some testing steps to take as well as where it inputs to the PCM. If the resistance test is fine then I would check to make sure you don't have any chaffed wires from the knock sensor to the PCM causing the ground input to the PCM for the knock sensor.
