Default Overheating and air bubbles in radiator

I have been having some overheating problems and a coolant leak and so far I have changed out the thermostat, water pump, coolant elbows on the belt tensioner, radiator cap.
I then started the car and it started overheating again and leaking coolant rapidly. I removed the radiator cap and the coolant has alot of air bubbles in it.
It was leaking coolant from the front drivers side and looks as if it is coming from the radiator and there was steam coming from that area as well. My question is what would cause the air bubbles in the radiator coolant? I am assuming my radiator has a leak and needs to be changed could this be the reason for the air bubbles or have I blown a gasket or something else?

Assume you have a 3800 Series 2?

Get that thing pressure tested, no need to keep throwing money at parts

I'd go with mike on this, you never know what is causing an issue until you pressure test it, my example was I thought my coolant elbows were leaking, it turned out to be a bad water pump, and my mechanic pressure testing it saved me.

If you have a crack in the radiator and that is where you are loosing coolant from, this would also explain air bubbles a little bit.

Most of the time when a head gasket blows bad enough to cause coolant loss, you will have steam coming out the exhaust (large white clouds).

I agree with Mike. Get the radiator pressure tester and find the leak.
