Default radiator air dam

Hey all, im in the process of restoring my 5th gen. Im currently working on the air dams that guide the air from the grill to the radiator. I have replaced the two on the side, but I have noticed that the car has two holes in the bottom part of the front bumper, does anyone know what goes here or if its a part of the air dam system?

Thanks for all of the advice I found out what the holes are for from a junkyard car.
its for the bracket that holds the bottom part of the front bumper in place
