Oil pressure gauge quit working after removing ecu

Default Oil pressure gauge quit working after removing ecu
Recently i removed the ecu and the wiring, now my oil pressure gauge isnt workin. Is there any way to hook it back up, without having to buy an aftermarket one? Can anybody help me
