Default No turn, brake, or emergency flashers.

Hi new here.

Have 1999 z34. The brake lines rusted through so I had it towed to the shop and replaced. Wife driving home, no turn signals or brake lights (except the little one in the window). Checked the emergency flashes and the little switch appears to be cracked. My guess is the tow driver broke it. Would this kill the entire system. If I drop the switch back in place I can can hear it click on and off. I read and posted on another thread that the hazzard switch would cause all of this. I hate to blame the shop for breaking it but it sure seems like they must have. Everything was fine before we had it towed. How hard is it to replace that hazzard switch? All help appreciated.

Did you have the same problem with the hazzard switch or the turn signal switch. Everything was working perfectly before it was towed to the shop. Thanks!

So I toggled the emergency flasher switch about 12 times and the turn signals and brake lights started working again.
