Well if you did not thoroughly degrease and really clean the calipers very well eventually spots of paint will begin flaking off the calipers. But then I do some very aggressive braking ands get the brake system pretty hot. I speaking from experience and I did not think the first cleaning was half assed, used a cleaner and High temp Caliper paint and still had spots flake off on the rear calipers.

I think the 6th gen's rear brakes are a stupid design. Why couldn't they put a normal vented rotor on the rear instead of a warp-prone thin disc with a dumb drum e-brake inside? These are supposed to be sports cars, right? Not a Kia.

Holy ****! Those are nice brakes. Way above my pay-grade tho. This is my 1st car, so im learning as i go. Can't really tell the diff' yet.

But cleaning the brakes helped alot, def' don't hear screeching anymore.
