Default Need advice

I have an 03 monte carlo and im getting water inside the car if thats not bad enough i also have a issue with keeping on the high beams .if i hold the switch it works fine but once i let go of it it dont work .anyone have an idea what could cause this

Multifunction switch is probably broken for the high beams.

Where are you getting water?

Some of the cars you need to push the switch forward on the high beams to keep them on.
If the Carpet is wet in the front like under the glove box it could be the heater core leaking. Sometimes the Sunroofs will leak when the drain tubes are plugged if you have one.

If you are getting water on the front of the passenger side floor after rains or automatic car washes, you probably are getting it in through the the cabin air filter. I don't know when GM started installing this deflector but it solves that problem.

agree, check cabin air filter also clean the plenum where the wipers are of leaves and debris, also check bottom of doors for clogged drain holes underneath, you would hear water sloshing around if this is the case though !
