6th Gen ('00-'05): My gas pedal is sunken down to about halfway.

Default My gas pedal is sunken down to about halfway.
So for some odd reason my gas pedal is at about the halfway point so when I accelerate, I can only push it from the halfway point to the floor. Has this happened to anybody else?

Need to be a little more specific about your car (year, engine) but I would look where it connects to the throttle body and see if attached properly to the bracket and the throttle body. Good luck

Does the engine run as if it was sitting at half throttle?
