Misfire
Hey everyone, I know I haven't posted in a while but oh well.
I'm having a cylinder 1 misfire issue. I ruled out spark plug, wires, and the coil pack. What else can I look at to fix this? It's really bothering me.
Any replies appreciated!

What motor does it have?....How many miles are on it?
Maybe possibly a bad valve in #1 or a collapsed lifter...
Bad wire, broken spark plug...improper gap...do a compression test...or a cylinder leak down test....

Have you taken the plug out and inspected it? If it's covered in coolant, failing head gasket would be my guess. If it's soaked in gas, you injector could be stuck open pouring in too much fuel. Could also be an injector NOT putting in enough fuel. The cheap way to test, swap the injector with a different cylinder.
Also, remember, replace the injector O-rings. They are cheap and at their age/mileage, re-installing used ones could create leaks.
Also, a vacuum leak could cause an issue.
Could be a bad plug wire (inspect for damage to the sheathing, signs of arcing).
Any other codes beyond the misfire code?
