Default Cylinder Misfire? Cannot Diagnose.

I NEED HELP!!! This week my 00 SS started misfiring really bad. I shot a "random mult misfire code" and a "crankshaft positioning sensor code". I took it to a local shop i trust and they have had it since monday and I checked it today. They have replaced the plugs and wires, crankshaft sensor and intake gaskets were also replaced apon finding a vaccum leak. I personally inspected the gaskets they were fragged. All of this has been done and we are still having a misfire in cylinder 3. All the other cylinders are holding at about 150 and cylinder 3 is down at about 120-125.The lifters and wrist pins and pretty much everything else mechanically has been checked. My mechanic as well as I am stumped.

DOES ANYBODY ANYWHERE HAVE A CLUE WHAT IT COULD BE!!!!!!!!
