Default lower dash panel removal

I have a floorboard full of water on passengers side. My heater is working good, there is no anti-freeze smell, and defroster is working ok (takes a little time to get going).

I don't believe its my heater core. Is there a drain or something that could be clogged up? I noticed all the water afetr an all day rain.

I'm trying to remove the lower dash panel on passengers side to look under there but it seems like I'm going to break it. How do I get this off without breaking it and any advice on what to look for as far as a clooged up drain or something.

Thanks guys

Most likely it's your cabin air filter. Click this link: https://montecarloforum.com/forum/si...lem-fix-26663/

That is what it was. After taking off the passenger side cowl, the weather stripping piece was laying down on top of the cabin air filter, which by the way I never even knew about).
I went to the dealership and got that water deflector for $4 and two reatining pins for for the cowl they were $1.50 a piece (I messed up two of them trying to get them out)
Also got a new cabin air filter from AutoZone for $13.00.
Thanks alot for the help. I sure thought my heater coil was bad.
If I would have taken it in to a garage they may have took advantage of my ignorance.
Again thanks.

I had the same problem with my 2003 and found out it was only wet after or when it was raining the bottom right side of the windshield was not sealed after replacing windshield no more wet flooring hope this helps a glass shop can check by blowing compressed air around window to find leaks..glad to see it was your cabin filter
