I just recentlygot a aftermarket radio installed in my car and my low tire pressure light came on. How do I turn it off wqithout the factory radio?

Turn key to ON but don't start the car,turn parking lights on and off 3 times within 5 seconds and system should reset.

It should. make sure when you pull the light switch out it only clicks once and then push it back in and just do that 3 times. i have done that everytime i put my stockers back on during the winter.
