hi guys, im new here. i have a 2005 monte carlo ls and just the other day my driver climate control light went out. called the dealership and they told 400 bucks to fix it because i have to replace the climate controls. can i just change a bulb and they are justtrying toget my money or is this legit?

I had the same problem 3 years ago, then it went away until about 2 months ago. It seems like the light goes out when its really cold out. When this would happen, I would just tap the thing with my hand and the light will pop back on. ???
