Default Leaking coolant

Imgur

Hello all, a few days ago I noticed my low coolant light come on my 2002 monte carlo ls 3400. I had just put coolant in about 2 weeks ago after an oil change. I parked my car and notcied the smell as soon as i opened the door and popped my hood and saw the hose that i have highlighted in the picture leaking pretty steady. I was wondering if someone could tell me the hose I'd need and if anyone knew a price for one. I dont think theres anything else wrong other than just maybe a bad hose but if anyone has another idea of something it could be itd be appreciated.

That is known as the "coolant bypass hose". Any local parts store should have it or be able to get it. I would suggest a pair of new hose clamps.

If you are doing it yourself, between coolant, clamps and a hose, I'm guessing you'll be around $20 to do it all.
