L67 issues
ok i have a p1133 code that comes up every now and then, also i have throttle issues when i barely give it gas slightly revs up and down this also happens when i hit a slight incline if its a steep incline it downshifts which i know is normal but stops doing it. i removed the MAF sensor when i swaped the engine could this be causing it or maybe a bad pcm tune? please help

The car is designed to run with a MAF sensor. Disconnecting it is a short-term test (as you will not get proper performance out of the drivetrain).
I think for starters, I'd put the MAF back and drive it a short while (for the PCM to re-adjust).

whoops sorry removed MAF screen aka honeycomb screen, nitehawkjcb i remember you telling me to get a new 02 a while back i did and no dice bro issue still exists, new 02 sensor, i seen somewhere if you remove this screen (honeycomb) it meses up your MAF readings could this be causing my **** headache? what does removing your MAF do as far as diagnosing?

Correct.
Maybe. Could be TPS, IAC, or a plugged PCV also...
The MAF screen is another story. I wouldn't do it, I believe it helps with air flow, but check ClubGP I'm sure they've had some in depth conversations about it.

P0133 is triggered by slow circuit response of the bank1/sensor1 O2 sensor. The air/fuel ratio is not being adjusted correctly by the signal from the O2 sensor. Even so, it will usually not cause drivability problems. Several things can set this code:
Bad wiring
Exhaust leak
Air intake leak (downstream from MAF)
Defective O2 sensor
