Default L67 Block Questions

So i picked up a 1998 grand prix gtp for the engine, (supercharged 3.8) for my monte swap. Car has 133,000 on it but motor runs good. I now have the engine stripped down to the block which also looks good, (no chips, cracks or anything serious). My question is what should i do with the block?...rebuild or just clean up really well. Research shows these blocks are pretty durable, but i dont wanna get everything reassembled add a little hp and blow it...

What you guys think??

According to the majority concensus, apparently the bottom end of these engines are bulletproof and you won't need to touch it. I always error on the side of caution since your that far into stripping it down. My whole bottom end is rebuilt, probably way over built. At 136,000 miles I don't know how much if any the rings are worn, bearings worn etc. Past maintenance or lack of it. I'm the site idiot, always march to my own tune. I'm always of the mind set, do it once and do it right. But then I still break things...

There are members here, very knowledgable ones, much more than I who say the bottom end is rock solid and you can't hurt it. Hopefully they will chime in and reassure you.

Don't touch the bottom end. I've seen people try rebuilding the bottom end and they failed in a few thousand miles including zzp bottom ends.

For some reason what ever the factory did to the bottom ends they hold up very well but if you try rebuilding them you have a 50/50 chance of it lasting or breaking.
