Does it just pry apart?.. and does any one know the battery replacement # that goes in it?.

It's pretty simple, remove it from the key ring and pry it apart starting at the bottom with a butter knive. Continue to pry it open all the way around it. Battery is CR2032... 3V..

The battery cost? They are cheap, I think a five pack runs around $7.00...
